One of the best things about the ASSFACE diet is that most users don’t feel deprived or like they are missing out when eating a meal. In a nutshell, the ASSFACE diet is simply one where the users should favor fatty and high-protein foods instead of sweet or carb-filled delicacies. ASSFACE diet users can eat bacon, cheesy eggs, steak, sautéed veggies, fruit salad, and a variety of other tasty foods—just stay away from sugar and starchy carbs.
